Welcome to the Holley Lab

We are an interdisciplinary team of developmental biologists, physicists and engineers. We study how molecular interactions drive cell behavior, how cell behavior shapes tissue properties, and ultimately, how tissue properties guide embryonic development. We examine these emergent processes by studying early spinal column development in zebrafish by combining in vivo biophysics, embryology, genetics, and live imaging.

Postdoc positions available

The Holley Lab seeks motivated and talented postdocs interested in studying systems developmental biology.
